How long do orders take to process and ship?

All orders will be processed as quickly as possible, and will be underway within one business day.  Typical in-stock items on hand will ship within 1-2 business days.   Heavy or oversized items typically require three or more business days for preparation before shipping. 
Many of our hardwood products are built to order.  Loose slats are usually produced within five business days and slat panels are usually within 10 business days.  Some wood species may take additional time.  We will communicate the timing of your order as soon as your order is processed and added to the production schedule.  We strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.  "Built to order" means that you will receive a recent production product that has not aged, warped or has any other defect from being stored.

 

Are you a true design-build manufacturer?

Yes.  We can design from scratch and/or work with CAD designs for fixtures and furnishings.  For qualifying orders for use in retail, restaurant or hospitality settings we will work with you on drawings and designs to meet the exact specifications needed.  Production times can vary based on the project, but we have repeatedly produced several fixtures and matching elements on many occasions.  Bulk orders in some cases will be scheduled out in shipment batches that are planned in advance. Time frames will depend on the scope and quantity of items needed.

 

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of most of our products we assume most sales as final.  We do not accept returns on partial packages or on goods damaged from use or installation.  We will work with you to help determine the quantities that you need for your project as needed.  Our products are not common retail items and therefore are mostly produced upon order.  
Stock items can be returned within 30 days minus shipping cost for a full refund.  Stock items will be identified as such on their respective product pages.

Standard orders ship within 5-7 business days, with expedited options available.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only offer domestic shipping in the United States.

We stand behind our products—send us a photo, and we’ll replace or refund your order.
